Salon plan
A missed slot can’t be made up. A reminder, a deposit and a waiting list can.
Three safeguards, set by you, service by service. First, work out what no-shows cost you, with your own figures.
The reminder, the day before
The day before the appointment, your client receives an SMS or a WhatsApp message: the date, the time, the address, and a link to confirm or reschedule. You type nothing; it goes out on its own.
The Salon plan includes 300 messages per month. You choose the channel per client: some read WhatsApp, others their SMS.
The deposit, on the services that matter
A three-hour colour, a two-hour treatment: you ask for a deposit at booking, as a fixed amount or a percentage. A client who has paid a deposit has a reason to show up, or to let you know.
For other services, a card pre-authorisation is enough: nothing is charged, but the slot is committed. You decide, service by service, and you can ask nothing of the clients you know.
The waiting list that fills the gaps
When you’re fully booked, the client can ask to be notified if a slot frees up. A cancellation comes in: the clients on the waiting list are offered the slot, and the first to book takes it.
The 3 pm gap becomes an appointment, without a single phone call.
What it changes in your day
A missed appointment is an hour paid to your team, a product prepared, a client who wanted that slot and went elsewhere. The calculator below does the sums with your figures, not ours.
We don’t display any percentage of appointments recovered: it depends on your clientele, your services and your settings. You’ll measure it yourself, in your own statistics.

Your questions
What happens beyond 300 messages?
Further messages are billed per unit, at the rate shown in your dashboard. You see your usage as the month goes on, not on the invoice.
Can I ask for a deposit only on certain services?
Yes. Deposits and pre-authorisations are set service by service, and you can waive them for a client you know.
How is the deposit collected?
By card, at booking, on a secure payment page. The amount is deducted from the bill on the day of the appointment.
