Hairdressing
Your hair salon’s website, with every stylist’s diary built in.
Cut, colour, blow-dry: your clients book the service and the stylist they want, at the time they want, 24/7. Your diary fills up without you picking up the phone.
Your website, right now

A typical day
A day at the salon, as told by the owner
- 23 h 10
A client books a colour for Saturday, from her sofa. The slot goes into the diary of the stylist she chose, with the time a colour takes. I find out the next morning, over coffee.
- 8 h 30
Yesterday’s reminder went out on its own, by text. One client replied that she was coming, another moved her appointment: the freed slot went back to the waiting list before we opened.
- 10 h 15
A client walks in. Her record is open: her last colour, the formula, what she doesn’t like. She has nothing to repeat, we get started.
- 17 h 45
She left happy. A little later, she receives the review request. It will land on my Google profile without me giving it a thought.
- 19 h
A gift card for Mother’s Day, sold on the website and paid before the visit. I close the salon, and tomorrow is already in the diary.
Built for your trade
Three things that change in your trade
A diary for every stylist, at no extra cost
Each stylist has their own diary, hours and breaks. Your clients choose the person who usually does their hair. When the team grows, the bill stays the same.
A colour is booked with the time a colour takes
Every service carries its own duration. A colour takes up a colour’s space in the diary, not a cut’s: you no longer spend the whole day chasing a delay.
The record that remembers the formula
Colour formula, sensitive scalp, favourite products: it’s all noted in the client record, readable by the whole team, and exportable the day you change tools.
Typical services

Your questions
The questions of your trade
Can my clients choose their stylist?
Yes. Each stylist has their own diary and appears on the booking page. A client books the service, then the person, then the time. With no preference, she takes the first free slot.
What if a new client books a colour and doesn’t turn up?
The reminder goes out the day before in every case. With the Salon plan, you can ask for a deposit or a card pre-authorisation on long services, for new clients only if you prefer.
I’m already on a directory, will I lose my bookings?
No. Your services and prices carry over into ODS Salon, your Google profile points to your website, and your clients book with you without scrolling past a list of your neighbours.
