Booking without calling
A client thinks about her haircut on a Sunday evening, on the train, while the children are napping. Your phone is off; your website isn’t. She picks her service, her stylist, her slot, and receives a confirmation.
The next morning, the appointment is in your diary, in its place, with the name and the service. You haven’t typed a thing.
One diary per team member, at no extra cost
Everyone on the team has their own diary: their hours, breaks, holidays and services. The client books with the person she wants, or with the first one available.
You hire someone: you add a diary. The bill doesn’t move. At Blissa, every diary beyond the first costs €9.90 excl. VAT per month (prices recorded on 7 October 2026).
Your rules, not ours
Duration of each service, buffer time between two clients, minimum notice before an appointment, number of bookings per day: you set everything from your dashboard.
A slot that’s taken can’t be taken twice. A slot that frees up becomes available again straight away.
On your website, and nowhere else
Booking lives on your website, at your address. No directory lists your neighbours next to your button. When you’re fully booked, the client sees your next available slot, not “other salons near you”.
You stay in control too: an appointment taken over the phone is added in two taps from your dashboard.

Your questions
Do my clients have to create an account?
No. A name, a phone number and an email address are enough. The confirmation she receives lets her find, move or cancel her appointment.
What if two people book the same slot at the same time?
The first one confirmed takes the slot; the second sees the next one. A slot can’t be sold twice.
How many diaries can I create?
As many as there are people on your team. Three, eight, fifteen: the price doesn’t change, on any of the three plans.
